WGP were instructed on the reconfiguration and conversion of a modern, highly glazed restaurant into two high-end maisonettes.
The external elevations are louvred to soften the external appearance, with the modular glazing panels reconfigured to allow openable windows and privacy panels. A two storey lightwell is created at the rear of the property with external stair linking the garden and external terraces over three levels. A central staircase with glass landings brings natural light deep into the plan through all floors.
